NPS has established multi-year process improvement consulting activities with a diverse set of industries, including both large and small organizations that perform development or maintenance for both systems and software.

The focus of any process improvement program is getting the right people to do the right things at the right time. NPS works with you to create the appropriate infrastructure to sustain process change. We assist in launching and sustaining Process Action Teams, Engineering Process Groups, and Executive Steering Committees. Our services provide ongoing mentoring from desk side consulting to Executive Steering Committee facilitation.
